MaxPanel is hosting control panel software for your own server. Application management is a built-in feature your customers can use on the server you operate. Server capacity and the hosting service come from you.
Customers choose from usable versions installed by the host. Additional Node.js or Python versions need to be prepared on the server first. Project files and dependency definitions must also be supplied; MaxPanel does not generate an application for you.
Python web apps must support WSGI or ASGI. Hosted Node.js apps must support MaxPanel’s supplied listener rather than require a fixed port. Check your application’s compatibility before moving it. Node.js used only for frontend builds does not have this hosting requirement.
No. The PHP choice here applies to project tools such as Composer and Artisan. Manage website PHP separately in Domains. The Laravel preset combines PHP project tools with Node.js for frontend builds.
Yes. Dependency installation and build actions show progress and output. Managed services also have status and logs, so customers have a starting point when something needs attention.
This feature manages existing project folders and their tools. Upload or prepare the project first, then use the available dependency, build, and service actions. It does not provide automatic production deployment.
