Refunds and chargebacks — what to expect

What you'll learn: our refund policy, and what happens if a payment dispute is filed.

Our refund policy in plain English

We want you to be happy. If something has gone wrong, please email us first — we'll almost always sort it out.

  • Within the first 7 days of your first paid month, we offer a full refund, no questions asked. Just email support@maxpanel.cenmax.in.
  • After that, refunds are at our discretion, considered case by case. We're reasonable.
  • The free trial doesn't need a refund — you cancel before day 15 and you're never charged in the first place.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@maxpanel.cenmax.in from the email address on your account.
  2. Briefly explain why you'd like a refund.
  3. We'll respond within one business day. Approved refunds appear back on your card within 5–10 business days.

What about chargebacks?

A chargeback is when you ask your bank to reverse a charge. We treat them seriously — please email us first if there's a problem. Almost every dispute can be resolved with a quick conversation, often faster than a chargeback would resolve through the bank.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • Your license is automatically revoked — your panel will lock immediately.
  • You'll keep getting reminder emails in case the chargeback was a mistake.
  • If the chargeback is later cancelled or you re-pay, your license is restored.

We won't auto-renew if you've asked us not to

If you've cancelled, we won't surprise-charge you. Renewals only happen on active subscriptions.

If something goes wrong

  • You were charged after cancelling — that shouldn't happen. Email us with your invoice and we'll refund you immediately.
  • You see an unfamiliar charge — check the descriptor on your statement; Stripe processes our payments and may show as something like "MAXPANEL" or our company name.
