We're here to help. Here's the fastest way to reach us, and what to include so we can solve your issue on the first reply.

Where to reach us

Before you write to us

Most issues are resolved faster when you include a few details upfront. You don't need to figure anything out — just copy and paste what you can see.

Please tell us:

  1. What you were trying to do — for example, "I was creating a new mailbox for support@example.com."
  2. What happened instead — the exact error message if there is one. A screenshot is perfect.
  3. Your panel address — the URL you log in to (for example https://panel.yoursite.com).
  4. Your account or company name — so we can find your account quickly.

A few tips before you reach out

  • If a page didn't load, try refreshing it once. Browser hiccups happen.
  • If you just changed something and the panel feels stuck, give it a minute — some things (like SSL certificates) take a moment to finish in the background.
  • If you're locked out of the panel completely, email us with your panel address and the email you signed up with.

Response times

We aim to respond within one business day. Critical issues (your panel is completely down, your license unexpectedly stopped working) get priority — please put URGENT in the subject line and we'll jump on it.
