Renewing or cancelling your subscription
What you'll learn: how billing renewals work and how to cancel if you need to.
Renewals — automatic
Your subscription renews automatically each month. There's nothing you need to do — your card on file is charged, your license token is refreshed, and your panel keeps running smoothly.
You'll get an email receipt every time we charge you.
Cancelling
If you'd like to stop your subscription:
- Sign in to https://maxpanel.cenmax.in.
- Open Billing (or Manage subscription).
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm.
Your panel keeps working until the end of the current billing period — you don't lose the time you've already paid for. After that, your panel will lock until you start a new subscription.
Cancelling does not delete any of your data. Customer accounts, websites, mailboxes, databases, and backups are all preserved. They become accessible again as soon as you resubscribe.
Pause vs cancel
If you just want a short break, cancel and resubscribe later. Your data stays exactly where it was. There's no "pause" option — but resubscribing is fast and there's no penalty.
Downgrades and upgrades
You can change to a smaller or bigger plan from the same billing portal, without cancelling. Sites stay online during the change.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged a prorated difference.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
