Updating your card or billing details

What you'll learn: how to change your payment method or billing address.

Step 1 — Open the customer portal

Visit https://maxpanel.cenmax.in and sign in with the email you used to subscribe.

Step 2 — Open billing

Click Billing (or Manage subscription). This takes you to a secure Stripe-hosted page where you can update everything safely.

Step 3 — Update what you need

You can:

  • Add a new card and make it your default
  • Remove an old card
  • Update your billing address (used on your invoices)
  • Update the email receipts are sent to

Changes take effect immediately. The next time we charge, we'll use the new card.

Tips

  • Update before your card expires. A failed charge starts the lock-out timer. Your card's expiry date is shown in the portal.
  • Add a backup card. If your primary fails, we'll try a secondary if you've added one.
  • Check your spam for receipts. Stripe sometimes lands in spam — flag the address as safe to avoid missing notices.

If something goes wrong

  • "Card declined" — the most common cause is an international payment block from your bank. Call them and authorize the charge.
  • You forgot your portal password — use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page.
  • You don't see a billing button — you may be in the wrong account. Make sure you're signed in with the email you originally subscribed with.
